Hospital employees tan when they work which fluctuates depending on their shifts and over time. I could never cut my weekdays back that way. I would be sunk |

| Salon Owner/Arbonne VP | I disagree. This is a customer service business. I believe one reason my salon is continually increasing in revenue is our customer service is superior to every other salon around me. I keep the same hours year round no matter what. I bend over backwards to accomodate the client because they are fickle and want to tan when they feel like it. It puts me head and shoulders above the other salons. I had a new client just a bit ago. Currently there is no set schedule we could follow. It's really a best guess as to what each day will be like. Fridays and Saturdays have turned back in to the money days, with Monday doing OK. The other days its all over the board. | |

I had planned to close our golf course in the winter for 3 months.....let's just say that it didn't go over to well....so then it was I will be open on the weekends year round......well, lets just say that someone is there everyday year round..... we live and learn. customer service is what seperates all of us |
