Putting together a new employee training manual, was wondering what was already out there so I would not recreate the wheel. If some of you would not mind could you please email me your training manual or sheets, any and all ideas are appreciated.

Hi Kathe,

I got the chance to meet you at the Expo in Nashville last week

I think all the advice you give to us newbies is absolutely wonderful!
I am using the employee training checklist you posted (I altered it to fit our salon), I did have a question though - you mentioned an SOD manual for your employees to refer to for various sections, what is the SOD manual? Would you mind emailing me a copy of it? I am trying to get everything in order so next in-season I will have better control over the employees and a more organized salon!

Hi Kathe,

Thank you for sharing your employee checklist, it's very detailed! As I am still quite new and I haven't yet hired staff this is going to be great tool for me. I love threads like these, I have found so many helpful people here with such great advice for new owners.
