| I would be upset too Mike. Somewhere an employee messed up, whether it was the one that wrote the memo or read the memo. I would me more upset with the one that actually gave the refund except that the memo had your name on it so maybe she thought it was okay. I wouldn't go so far as getting rid of this girl, but maybe when telling her to write memos in the future, say it word for word so she knows exactly what to type. And then make sure all employees know your refund exchange policy. And if a refund is coming that only you, or your parents can process it, no matter what a memo or client says. |

Pretty much keeping an "extra" one on and they will all know that the person who is the best, gets the most shifts, and the person that stinks, gets let go.
