Since Jan 1st
Sales per sq ft: $105.33
PCA: $122.12
I feel all warm and fuzzy now. Of coarse the last months are the ones that ruin those averages.

actualy no. that number will increase as your clients buy more tanning. Because several of the same clients in your first total will buy more.

well justtans, depends on the dates you plunk into the computer to look at. if you look this year, 08/20/07 - 08/20/08, then for the year previous you'll have to plunk in 08/20/06-08/20/07

Cuz it doesn't make any sense to have income by sq/ft. My washer and dryer don't make any money, nor does my couch or my toilet.

PCA is how it should be calculated. I deleted it to put up my PCA after i saw your posting about PCA for the year and then i got slammed with customers up in here.

Also depends on the amount of clients too! You may have had alot more clients this year who are spending a bit less, your overall $$ may be up , but your per client average may be down because of it.

and the sq/ft thing was for jan 1st to date.

The PCA is for 2007, jan 1 - Dec 31.

Not busy season to busy season to include 2 busy seasons in the figures.

I agree it should be included in your figures, its just that the # Ergoline gave they said a average salon does 40-50 per client just tanning, a good salon does 60-70 per client. A rare and awesome performing salon does 100 per client, thats just tanning. or $300k per year revenue. was what Gerry Devany said at the Cantan seminar a few years ago. I think alot more things need to be factored into that equation though, but its a basis I suppose that you can sort of go by.

I understand PCA, tanning services only, not counting lotion.

I am apparently very rare, extremely awesome and extraordinarily cool.

Modest, too.

Imagine what I'll do with an HP.
