Default Price per Sq Ft...

The other post got me wondering..

I pay $5.6 per sq ft for rent. (monthly rent * 12 / total salon square footage) I have no other costs.

wow...that's cheap.

And the fact you don't have to pay for:

Electricity
Gas
Water
Phone
Internet
Payroll
Sanitizer
Detergent/Bleach
Towels
Goggles
Lamps
Lotions

That's awesome that you get all those for free or included in your rent.

$21 per sq with CAM. $18 if I factor in that I got 5 months free when I calculate for the 3 year lease I signed.
