Default Bad Sunless Solution Breeze

Has anyone had trouble with bad sunless solution ?

I've been using Breeze for years with no issues. My last 3 orders have been effed up . (15 gallons total).

Simply giving zero color. I even dumped solution on my arm and left it on over night........ nothing.

My thoughts are that it is summer and the solution has been activated in the truck during shipping due to heat. We never had a problem in the winter.

So I only bring it up here as a warning, since the company refuses to help us at all .

I understand crap happens, but they dropped the ball big time.

yeah that sucks if they aren't will to correct the problem, order a new solution right away before you lose clients!! I did have an issue with a couple of batches of Cal Tans solution, it was corrected but I found a solution that I liked better so I stopped using Cal Tan anyway. As you know, a sunless tan needs to be perfect in order to gain all those skeptics!!

I've already switched.
Breeze refused to help. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau ......... sad.
They even had me send them some and told me it was bad. I just don't want others to be had.

I purchased from them recently on the recommendations from others and was disappointed. Their solution gave little color. Maybe it was from this bad batch?

I've used Breeze for 3 years now. Generally everything is good, but a few hiccups along the way. One time the solution had little blue specks in it that clogged my gun. And yes, recently I had a batch that delivered less color than usual.

My biggest complaint is inconsistent billing. Sometimes a gallon will be $40. Sometimes it will be $60.

On a good note, I really like their new scented solution. Also, I use their Matrixyl solution as an upgrade solution for my customers.

I have been having problems lately myself. Very little color, and the tint is green looking.

I just received a letter back from the Better Business Bureau:

I am responding to your complaint against Breeze Products. This company has an "unsatisfactory" rating with the Better Business Bureau. <http://westflorida.bbb.org> In the future, I strongly suggest that you check with the BBB before purchasing products from an unfamiliar company. However, you should still file a complaint with the BBB and with the following agency:

Department of Consumer Services
2005 Apalachee Parkway
Tallahassee, FL 32301

Mr. Michael Lemle, Owner
Breeze Products
7401 114th Avenue
Largo, FL 33773-5114
