| Rookie Join Date: Jun 2007 Location: california Posts: 23 | We have 8 beds and average about 30 to 40 people during the week and only 18 to 25 on Sundays. I even started "Tan any bed on Sundays for just $5" And it really isn't bringing in much extra traffic. |

| Jean | I'm embarrassed to say that we have 2 beds and 1 stand up unit and we average about 6 tanners per day and 5 of those will be prepaid packages, so zero dollars coming in. Now, any ideas on what to do with those kind of figures? LOL!! Don't say close, that would break my heart!! |

| Rookie Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 6 | are you doing advertising for your salon? you need to advertise to get people in the door! you aren't going to sell anything if people aren't coming in. maybe you could do a good tanning special to get people in and then you have an opportunity to sell lotion and other services.. you may also want to try a referral program with the clients you already have __________________ Melissa |

| All Star Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Florida Posts: 117 | PPA, PPL, Per person average, per person lotion? Is that right? In Salon Touch, they give you distinct tanners versus tanners. I am averaging 55 tanners, but very low sales. |
