|  need to vent. lol So, July i was overstaffed and because of our unusualy nice weather, it just wasn't busy enough for all them, so i wished some would leave. well its just not stopping. The weak ones left first which was great, but now the strong are all leaving for stupid reasons. One wants to move into the boonies to live with her BF, one was stressed out cause her Ex husband remarried (even though she has a new bf and just became engaged), one (good reason) moved to california to go to university there, so i was left with 3 strong full time staff and a part timer between 2 of the salons, well one just met a real bad ass dude and has moved away with him, and another, my long term girl of 4 years, called me last night in tears that her babysitter just bailed on her yesterday. so that leaves me with one full time girl, and one extreme part timer (who can't work more than a couple hours without going crazy. lol) to run 2 salons, Forget even going to Nashville now! In my 3rd salon I realy need to let a weak link go, but can't at the moment! AAAAAHHHHH! Anyone ever wanted to Move to "Beautiful British Columbia" in Particular, Vancouver Island, Now is your chance! I'm about ready to sell the 3 salons! |

I'm gonna try to find a way to work with the one girl with no sitter today, see if we can find somewhere for her, but she won't be available much. |

The one thats been with me for 4 years, we are meeting at 1pm today to see what we can do , she can work full days her husband has off work, and like 2 hour night shifts, but thats it. still leaves the one salon thats an hour drive away with only an extreme part timer. My cousin who worked for me in the past has just volunteered her help if i need it which is nice of her. I'm realy gonna twist their arms into finding someone to take their kids for the weekend of nashville though. |

We had booked our birthdays off this year (one day apart) no luck, we booked nashville dates off in the spring. the extreme part timer told me last week she can only work the wednessday that were gone as she has a ball tourniment! grrrrr. Well its been a great learning lesson thats for sure! But its all good so far, i only have to find someone to fill 2 shifts for nashville, and one of my ex employee's may do it for us as now she's not going to live with bf in the boonies for another 4 months. |
