Default Nashville show too small to cover expenses

Thats right. Too few booths buying space for the show to even break even this year. 1200 people coming vs 5500 back in 2003.

And the lotion companies like cal tan and DS are now on ETS booth.
Sonnenbraun is gone. (rhymes)
Sontegra Gone.
Puretan Gone.
Tan America Gone.

Future not showing
Sun Italia not showing
Probably more but can't think now.

But thank heavens JOCK SOCK will be there.

You will have fun and the reps on hand will have more time to spend with you. Soak it all in and make sure you stop by the TanToday booth to get some autographs from our Moderators. I'm even taking pictures with members. Want people to know what you look like? Stop by, we will put you online, make you famous and tell everyone your real name.

Lots of alcohol and autographs of TAN TODAY moderators. Worth every penny of the trip!

Sounds like we picked a good time to take our vacation and not spend it at the show. Sun, sand, surf, shelling, and adult beverages...that's what I'll be doing starting on the 20th.

We did an Arbonne booth 3 years in a row and it was great but it just got way too expensive for a small potato like me. I really think they need to get out of Nashville but I think they are stuck there for a few more years.

Only 1200 attending? Maybe I'll get invited to some off the manufacturers party this year!

Devoted Creations invited everyone. Talk nice to Frankie and you are in with MRI.

I didn't know you could get invited to manufacturer's parties? This will be my third year, and we still haven't gotten anyone to explain how it works. Can't afford the whole shabang, so we figured as exhibit hall attendees, we weren't allowed to go to anything else. Could anyone give us some insight? With the price of gasoline going to $5, we're wondering if we should just cut our losses and drink margaritas here for 2 days!

I just bought my salon in August so this will be my first industry show. I'm sure I'm losing money but I plan on hitting all the seminars I can which, if like my previous job, are repeated year after year so you really just need to go to one show! Nashville is only a 4 hour drive for me and I plan on grabbing as many freebies as I possibly can and hopefully talk to the MRI and Devoted folks as those lotions interest me but my disty doesn't carry them (obviously on the MRI).

I'm looking forward to it but I probably won't attend another one. Seems like ones of those things where the first time is the best

Go to the wax museum and look behind Dolly.

You will find a tiny brown box that looks like part of the display, however inside is a secret list of all the parties going down.

Make sure to tip the old lady on the way out.

It's been moved now Le....new location to be disclosed at the Tantoday booth. After you pose for a picture with me and i autograph it for $5.00, i'll tell you where the parties are.

On top of all that...you'll have the whitest teeth once you leave the convention and go home with all the free whitening they'll be doing.
