Default Anyone know anything about erogline 450?

Hey guys I've got a bit of a big problem, I recently recieved a bunch of beds for my salon, and got all of them in the salon. Except one. I got the beds shipped to a warehouse and dismantled them there and moved them in pieces to the salon so they'd fit in my doors. Anyways, I got 6 of the 7 no problem but when I went to dismantle my 450, I got to the trough (the bed itself....the part with with the lamps) and apparently you need some sort of bar to put on each end to slide the trough out.

As you may have guessed I don't have this bar. Does anyone know about this problem? Is this unique to this bed, or do a lot of beds need a part like this? Help would be greatly appreciated because I'm paying the warehouse a dumb amount of money every day that I can't get that bed out of there. Not to mention I'd like to open this friggin salon this year.

You don't need the bars to assemble. They are just tracks to allow the lounge to slide in easier then you remove them. It can be lined up without it. There is a release lever at the back of the lounge on each rear corner. There is an allen bolt through that so that will need to be removed first then you can lift the lever. It looks like a trigger. It will allow you to pull the lounge out. It is a little tricky but the rails are not necessary.
