I think it's great that a salon owner said it costs up to $30k+ to purchased a home unit.

Considering that daylight in AK is sometimes only 4 hours a day I'll bet a lot of Alaskans own tanning beds. Or frequent tanning salons. Can you even imagine living someplace that only see's 4 hours of daylight. I would definitely go tanning.
