I'm thinking of using them.

Anyone use them?

What's the good, the bad and the ugly?

I use them for my lotions and have bought beds from them. They are always great with the lotion orders and ship next day to me since we are in the same state. The UWE beds are top notch although they are a little pricey.

I would definitely reccomend them.

^^^^^Those beds have been discountinued.

Very good company. The UWE beds are as good as they come.

cant argue that... But the way our situation was handled was totally unacceptable. We will never do business with them again nor will any of our friends that run salons.

I have herd both good & bad when it comes to PC. But I guess you could say that with all companies.

Just choose your equipment based on the quality of the beds, AND the "after the sale" service!!!!

Ive been dealing with PC for 15 years. Never had a problem with them . Have probably spent over 400,000 bucks with them.. Not once had a problem. Prob one of the best thats left in the biz . ..Future is good too..

PC is a great company. I had a few problems but nothing they did not fix. It would be great to hear the other side of the story. This is really hard for me to understand. I would like to know who exactly was involved in this horrible ordeal.

I used them for 3 yrs....actually I started with Tina when she worked for Tanning Supply Outlet. I never had ANY issues with TSO...but then after PC Marketing bought them and took over I had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. The orders were never right and getting issues resolved was a NIGHTMARE!!!
