Default Getting some dough!

anyone obtain a business loan lately?

with lenders being real greedy with their money, how hard was it? who did you use? how easy was application process? did you need to put up collateral? personal guarantee required?

looking for some lender recommendations.

Just got one. Had to be in business at least 2 years. Showing positive cash flow.
had to have a low debt to income ratio. and a credit score >700

Pretty easy, signed yesterday, and got a tour of the bank and stuffed bear. Also helps this bank is not on the list of ones struggling due to the mortgage crisis

I tried with my bank with substantial collateral (real estate property, not anything in the salon), above 750 credit score and great 7+ year banking relationship. They didn't even look at my collateral or credit and basically just said "We aren't making any small biz loans. Period.". That was 3 months ago and it's probably even worse now

this economy situation is definetly hindering small businesses who need money to either maintain or grow.

banks don't want to lend to anyone - not good! darn bad apples ruined it for a lot of good apples.
