| I'm in the process of making a monthly newsletter. Anyone have any info that works and/or examples they can show? I was thinking about including, monthly specials for tanning/lotions, new things about the salon, news in the industry, upcoming events, etc...

| Its all Relative!!!!!!! Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Edmonton Posts: 239 | I have been doing montly newsletters, and it appears to work well for me. I put a special I might be having, along with a "did you know" section. Something to inform them of a tid bit about tanning, perhaps vitamin D, or about lotion. I always try to make it more personable, so they will feel rather important. I actually do get people coming into tan, thanking me for the email. Every added touch works for customer service. I place my web address on the bottom of the emails as well, so they can check out my website from time to time. |
