Arrow Levels of beds

I think I understand why Rookies make the mistake of using the term of levels, when showing potential first time customers.

Not all, but I think most, either buy all the equipment at the beginning of when they open or stick with the same bed manufacturer the entire process.

When so many bed manufactures make all there beds look the same mold or plastic looking that is the only way you can teach a first time customer our levels are the difference.

Never mind they all have long white lamps that are the same size.

Never mind the are 4 minutes apart in max time.

BLAH< BLAH<BLAH is all a new customer hears.

Especially, when other then a different color they all have the same shape and size.

They really cant tell the difference of a 32 lamp bed and a 44 lamp bed unless they see an extra blue glass facial.

Tanning bed is a tanning bed isnt it?

Yeah, I have levels as well that are explained to the clients and they love it. There are differences in whether they have facials, wattage of the lamps, some have air condition, body misters, etc. Just some extra little features to make them want to upgrade.

1- UWE Tropical Series's
2- Montego Bay Viper Gold's
3- UWE Lotus or Suncapsule Starship
4- UWE Cayenne
5- UWE SunboardXTT

clients do understand that one bed costs a certain amount and upper levels cost more...maybe its as simple as: "if it costs me more it must be better"? its all in how an employee explains and continues to explian the differences. i have a flyer in my room that explains the different units i have. what it is, what it does...i'm also working on a wall unit in my lobby that will show each level i have...and explain them...also doing one of those digital picture frames right on my front lobby reception counter that will show each bed with explananation. oh, and double doors opened when units not in use to show off upgraded units.

Different levels, different (stronger) lamps & extra features. That's pretty much what sells the upgrade. This bed gives better color in less time! That's all people need to hear!
