Can't you have the employee complete the test online ??

I just logged on to American Tanning Institute - Home and there is a specific 55 question test just for Florida online.

I've used American Tanning Institute for our certifications for the past 3-4 years, maybe more. We process all our employees online each year.

It came to my attention just this week that our annual certifications would be expiring, and that can only mean another round of Health Inspections can't be far behind.

In the past three days our complete staff has been re-upped for yet another year in this lovely industry.

Rick is a great guy to deal with, and they are very reasonable in pricing, with a one fee for all employees schedule.

Highly Recommended !

We have hired new employees and have had them submit their tests online to ATI as well since completing their training. All I received was the auto-reply email with their test results. I waited nearly 3 1/2 weeks for their certificates for the lobby frames but received nothing. I emailed them and finally received only half of them.

Would like to know what's going on. Answers anyone?

I called the 1866 numer and voice mail is full. I paid in full by credit card for unlimited by fax/email so it probably doesnt carry over to the website version, where you have to have credit card before taking online test.

Not all staff owns a computer and they aint using mine to do a test I paid for.

yeah, right!

At worst case, tell the employee to get a library card. Computer use is FREE there!

Done correctly, the test shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes, maybe 45 at the most.

Come into shift an hour early, off the clock, and use the salon computer, or a laptop set up just for that purpose, to get 'em done.

What comes first, the chicken or the egg ?

I opened up a computer for access, and all staff have completed testing this week.

Wanna really make it a pain, you can whitelist ONLY that website, and close it out when completed.

We do all our training in the back office. The employees takes the test on line from the computer we have. We have hired several new employees lately and Jamie has not said anything about them not being able to take it. I pay by the year so no problem when the employee takes the test.

I have sent Rick about 10 emails and called his cell number several time in the past 3 months. No response at all. Hmmmmm!!

I think I remember a certificate coming to the office a few weeks ago.

fine

If they can get on the web, they can take the test.

It's a requirement, not an entitlement, of working here, period!

tell em top go visit Grandma then, and use her old 486 if needed.

Hey Matt I haven't heard anything about him in a long time.
I confess I am an admitted Crackberry head. My personal and business e-mails drop to it. I am more efficient but it drives me and everyone around me crazy!

I've had problems too. I took my test over a month ago and still haven't received anything in the mail. I've called numerous time and the voice mailbox is full, faxed over an inquiry, and emailed about 4 times all with no response. I just need my certification and I'll be happy but I'm to the point where I'm about to dispute the credit card charges. I don't what's going on but this is ridiculous!

I'm sorry that I sent you to them. I hope you got my email saying I also lost contact with them in the middle of an employee taking a test. I thought I was paid through November but I'm not certain.
