You're doomed.

Back to the future.... late 90's.

Old Era orange tanorexics parading around ITA show floor. Disappearing breed.

Well I'll seek you out at the show and you tell me if I look "old Era Orange Tanorexic".

If it's such a bad lamp, why are my customers raving about them. Results are apparant. What lamp are you suggesting is better than that?

Since you'all won't believe me.... go ask Eggfant about VHR/HP, 9K90, SolGlass, etc.

Old vs New era.... night and day.

Fry vs Tan.... night and day.

Short vs Long lasting tan.... night and day.

Shallow vs Deep tan.... night and day.

Exfoliate vs Retain skin.... night and day.

BUT... there will always be a sub-set of customers with maxed out tans and high skin types that want nothing BUT old era high-B panther style irradiance. They have no patience for moderation. So keep some around in one bed for them if you wish.

Because they fit in the above profile.... and they are young enough to not care about skin aging from UVA2. Age 40 seems a century away to them. Miss Hot Tan today and Miss Wrinkled Bag tomorrow... relatively speaking... imho. The EU just outlawed any lamps putting out more than 0.3 W/m² Eeff .. assuming you know what any of that means.

One more thing.... do you know what ancient-era tanning lamps were? Circa 1988?

They were UVB phototherapy lamps with >50% UVB and a 2 minute time to 4 MEDs. Talk about Miss HOT Tan bulbs!

Wanta know where you can get the BEST golden brown long-lasting tan? On the Hawaii beach at 4pm-5pm. UVB is ~3% not 9-10% B like fry lamps. New Era lamps are usually 2-3% B with lots of UVA1.... Hawaiian sun SPD.

Live and learn.... or not. Your choice.
