| We have a prosun Sapphire using Midday sun lamps FR71T12/BL/BP. Should I stay with this lamp or is something better out there? I have been looking around and there is a lot to choose from.

It is a Light sources private label with sol glass. The thing is are they really getting a 100 watt lamp to meter at 28.6? Drew has mentioned his base beds meter in the 20's? More importantly for me is the lamps they are labeling it compatible with. What LSI lamp is this? Oh yeah and they are saying 1400 hrs. |

But IF it is a LS SolGlass clone the 5.0 reading looks about right based on other posts I've read. __________________ ![]() ......................Flashback 2001........................ The little line they have in the ad about selling them faster than they can make them is partly true since they aren't out yet |

With the Supra reflector I got 43 on this bed with a 10 min tan time. It will settle down and I will re meter. |

They call it the Green Energy TX UV World :: Tubes, WLamps, Starters :: Low-pressure Tubes :: Green Energy according to their stats the 100W non reflector lamp puts out 28.6 mW/cm2. with 1.6% UVB. If anyone tries it let us know |
