Since the Blue Moon's dome is so dome-shaped, the strongest lamp possible would be the best lamp.

I have the Sig plus's in both, they are hard to beat. Girls get great color from those beds/lamps. They are bring friends with to try them out, and telling me they are getting stopped at work and asked where they are tanning. New Tech. also make a lamp that is similar config.

Signature HP's will not make your VHR perform like an HP...

Don't use the Sig. Series HP, they are not effective. The Sig. Series Plus would be a good choice.

The LSI Signature Series HP are one of the best lamps we've used in a long time. What makes it not as effective as the Plus? I haven't tried the Plus yet....why would they be a better choice?

If you need to stay compliant the Heraeus Magic Sun 23/160R or the LSI Sig Plus are the way to go. The Sig HP is a different type of tan. More of a delayed reaction, great color, one of my favorite lamps. The Sig Plus & 23/160R will provide more immediate color.
