"bronzing bulbs" I'm not exactly sure what that is as it is a generic term used in marketing. My suggestion is to start reading posts in this forum and the "geeks with meters forum" learn what a few of the terms mean such as Te (time to erythema...time to produce reddening of the skin) UVA% UVB% ratio and nm (nanometers). Then become familiar with the manufacturers Philips, Cosmedico and Light Sources are generally regarded as the best, however there are fans of the other brands as well. Many brands of lamps are made by one company and private labled (pl) and sold by someone else. Read the posts and find out what other people have tried and liked or didn't like. Find a good sales rep to help you make the proper choice. John Hayes at URI (Ultraviolet Resources International) has made a lot of friends by being helpful and a source of information. Then you decide what is the best lamp. |
