Oxford Investments Holdings Inc. Announces the Expansion of its Celebrity Tan Distribution Market and the Introduction of Celebrity Tan's New Fiberglass Model

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 10, 2005) - Oxford Investments Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:OXIHF) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Celebrity Tan subsidiary distribution market through local growth, a Western Canada distribution agreement, completion of the export process for its Brazil distributor, and the development of two new models of spray tanning booths.

Locally, Celebrity Tan has grown by recently setting up two new salon locations within the Toronto market. These locations have generated interest from other local salons, which may result in further sales within the Toronto market.

Celebrity Tan believes that the Western Canadian market has not been well penetrated by its competitors, leaving that market wide open to Celebrity Tan's marketing efforts. As a result, the Company has entered into a distribution agreement with Gordon Brothers of Mannville, Alberta. Gordon Brothers will provide Celebrity Tan with sales representation in the Western Canada region. A Western Canadian showroom location is presently being set up to support the sales efforts of Gordon Brothers.

The set up of Celebrity Tan's Brazilian distributorship has required an extensive process to satisfy the import requirements of the Brazilian authorities. That process has been completed, and the first Celebrity Tan spray booth unit for Brazil has been shipped. Celebrity Tan can now look forward to accelerated progress in sales to Brazil.

Through its research of the worldwide sunless tanning market, Celebrity Tan has concluded that the average price point paid by salons to enter that market is $17,000. The Company believes it can greatly increase sales in both North America and Europe by providing sunless tanning booths at that price point. Therefore, the Company has spent four months developing a state-of-the-art fiberglass automatic spray booth that maintains the high standards of our original booth while containing production costs to allow a $17,000 retail price. Further development is underway for a hand-held sunless tanning unit with an overspray booth. The addition of these new models of sunless tanning units to Celebrity Tan's existing product line will give Celebrity Tan's customers choices within the low, average, and higher price points, and allows Celebrity Tan to have complete coverage within its market.
