I think that's too cheap. However, I don't know of anyone that does something like that in their home. Where are you?

My airbrush tanning in my salon is $32. I'm the only one in the area that does it. I've priced surrounding areas though, and it's pretty comparable. There are some spas around that do it for $50-$80. I know other places (like in other states) charge more.

For mobile, you should be charging a lot more. That is a custom service you are providing in someone's home, using your gas, bringing your equipment, etc. You should charge top dollar for that.

There are many posts on this- try searching for them.

We charge $45 for in store single full body sessions. 3 different packages to choose from, with the largest getting the sessions down to $30 ea...

We only do mobile's occasionally. Mobile's have been found to be somewhat difficult, take too much time, and we have enough business in store already. We charge $80 for a mobile, single session, with our largest package getting them down to $50 ea....

If you are the only one in the area who does it and business is doing well or increasing, THIS IS THE TIME TO RAISE PRICES.... Raise the price of your single session for summer, and give them opportunities to choose packages if they want to be a frequent airbrush tanner. You'll notice a lot of the customers do this for wedding's and/or just a few times this summer. These customers won't change their mind on getting it done if it goes up $5 a session, and you'll make extra money this summer

i charge $40 for a booth at my salon. If i did custom i would charge at least $45. If i did mobile it would be no less than $60. Not worth my time travelling and lugging equipment around to spray someone at their own home for anything less than that.

Try and get a spray tan party going at a girls house. Charge them $200 and it's spray up to 6-8 people. Make it worth your while to go AND make it a good rate for them. You'll see, it will turn into a weekly event. Meet up at Shirley's house on Thursday evening to get spray tan for the weekend. 8 girls, costs them $25 each.....but you just made $200 for 30minutes of your time.

or something to that effect.....just giving you ideas.

You have a spray booth in your home?? Is that like having a tanning bed in your home where people come in the back door to tan?? Please tell me I am reading this wrong. Sorry too cute but this site is for professional salon owners and others that work in this industry on a professional level. I think your idea cheapens this industry. JMHO

You have different pricing depending on who sprays the client? I don't understand.

I am not here if you want me to do it I want more money...My girls are here and have less expirience.
Hair dressers have different prices based on expirience and availability. If I have to make a trip to the salon I will be paid for my time. I did one last night. She specifically wanted me.

Now Frankie, why spend all that money on a salon when you got a nice old shower stall just sit'en there at home. In certain parts of the country they don't need no fancy salon. Why should someone spend all that money to fix up a professional salon, really.
