How many MyMyst owners have had complaints of "No Color" from your premium Insta-Bronze MyMyst Cartridges. We have never had a problem untill recently and I'm not sure why. The booth is working fine but we have had a few complaints from regulars so I'm thinking it may be the solution.

We have had complaints about the Original Clear but not the Premium Bronzer. I even called to see if they had changed solution or something. Original Clear just does not seem to give enough color even the people with no color don`t seem to be getting anything. When we first bought our Mymyst the color was awesome but lately I have been getting a lot of complaints.
What they told me when I called was maybe the solution had been sitting in a hot room and that unless it came direct from them they had no way of knowing. I will say they are concerned and want to make sure everyone is getting the best possible coverage. I would suggest you call Mystic and explain your situation..

I have 5 units and it has happened at all my locations. Dave I will not be pouring solution in my cartridges.
