Airbrush today...

So I have a client coming in for an airbrush tan today, scheduled at 7pm, calls and asks if we can do it earler, get my gal to come in at noon.

I tell him about prep (oh he's done this many times before) wear dark clothing, blah blah... he shows up in a suit and then says he has to shower in a couple of hours...

Why don't people listen to us?

I have them wanting to leave after airbrush session in skin tight jeans!

And BEFORE appointment made they were giving all directions...

Then the next day they come in to complain of the white stripes down their leg where the seam of the jeans are!

Sometimes I feel I am talking to a wall...

Luckily he had his suitcase with him and put on an old shirt and regular "dad" jeans..

I had a woman call and change an appt., and I asked if she was clear on all of the preparation instructions. She told me no one ever gave her instructions. I was ticked at my employee, and asked her about it. She told me the woman came into the salon and made the appt. in person, she gave her all of the instructions, AND gave her our flier on airbrush tanning, with everything in writing. And it was true- when the woman came in she had the flier with her! Idiots....

One time I had this guy make an appointment for spray, gave him all of the before and after instructions. He said he was getting sprayed for a birthday celebration that weekend. He came in, we did the spray and I reminded him of the after care. Then he proceeds to tell me they are going out in 2 hours...oh yeah by the way the entire party is wearing all white! He had no intention of taking a shower and then go clubbing!
