| Not sure if this is SunTouch or T-Max USB issue New computer in an existing store, no Serial Port available for T-max connection. A Serial to USB adapter has been aquired and installed, but no go on operations yet. running T-Max version 221/T if that helps any thoughts out there ???

On your computer click Start, then click Control Panel, click the System icon in your control panel window, then click the Hardware tab, then click Device Manager. Then go down to ports (com and LPT) and click the plus sign to the left of ports. Your USB converter show appear below that with a com port cumber to the right of that. That is the com port number you must set up in your tanning software. If your USB converter is not there then it is not configured properly. You will have to contact the USB manufacturer.
