Default Programming t-max manager

Can you program the T-Max manager or see the stored parameters (max bed number, etc.) without a key? A friend has a new t-max manager (without a key) he is trying to program but when he hits the start/stop buttons under displays 1 and 8, the display shows all dashes in 1-5 and displays 6-8 show zeros. He cannot change any of the parameters in 1-5. Our t-max manager has a key that needs to be turned to see these values. Can anyone help?

www.appdig.com will have manuals for all models of the T-Max Managers.

Not sure which model you are talking about. The newer models do not use a key, but also do not display only 8 beds at a time.

Default Codes

The newer versions of the Manager have codes you must obtain from Applied Digital. 417 272 0761

If it is an older version, I've got the master password, I'll email it to you.

Call me if you get stuck.

999 is the code to get the manager plus/pro to re-scan for beds. or just unplug it and plug it back in.

I'm thinking that they might be needing the security code passwords for level 1, 2, or 3. The generic for level 1 is call/menu, 1111, enter. This should allow them to set them time, although if the previous owner had a different password, then there is a master password to reset them all to her preference.

Although its not a military-level secret (haha), I'd rather not give out the master password over email, but its in the manual in the back....or email me (terib@fstanning.com).

there should be a Serial post on the Manager that you connect to the computer.

In SunTouch, Set the timer system to T-Max, and it should walk you through it.

been over 4 years since I ran that part anyway, but pretty straight-forward

Adnet is a stand alone software program to run the Manager without other salon software such as SunTougch, Helios, etc.....

You CAN load it on to the computer, as it can help t-shoot any issues with software operations in the future, but you do NOT want to run both SunTouch and ADNET at the same time.

Make any sense ???
