| OK Kevin, I got another one for you. I have two 3As at two different salons that as soon as the session is over they automatically clear the computer screen as if we already cleaned that bed. They both still show the two dots on the 3As. Would there be something "off" or different in the parameter settings in these 3As as compared to all the rest? |

If the T-Max 3A is showing two dots but the computer is showing the room is cleaned, then the software is not sending the signal to the T-Max Manager saying to clear the clean room. (Normal operation) With these two 3As, the screen goes to the dirty bed color, then immediately changes to "clean bed" status without anybody touching anything. This happens within 2 seconds of the bed shutting off. So it looks like the room is ready for the next client when it really isn't. The software or the Manager would not know if the bed is cleaned or not unless the 3A sends something back to it, right? So what seems to be happening is: the session ends, 3A shows two dots (dirty bed status) but it is also sending a "clear event" back to the Manager / computer. 3A or still computer software? |

I will let you know what ADNET says. Sparky... ST If it was software related, it seems to me that all 20 3As in the salon would be acting up instead of just one. Wish List. Port ADNET over to WM2003 (PocketPC) so that I can re-program the Manager Plus at the salon without having to take it home first (30 minute round trip). About twice a year it loses it's programming. ![]() |

There should be a setup screen for beds with drop down arrows for the different parameters in ST. Verify that all are equal there first. __________________ ......................Flashback 2001........................ The Manager shows that it passed the time to the 3A by showing "Delay" in it's window. The 3A shows "0" in it's window. I unplugged the power and com cable from the Manager and replaced the 3A with a different one I had, I hooked everything back up, and then without changing a thing on the software or the Manager, guess what?... everything works properly. The computer screen even goes into "dirty room" status after a session. 3A or the computer software? It was definitely the 3A. |
