Default T-max UltraBronz issue

We have been having problems in the past 2 weeks with time being sent back to our UltraBronz SuperNova. First we have had this hook up for the past 4 years.
Through Helios we send the time back but it does not start counting down the delay or session times on the bed. First, I thought it was an UltraBronz bed problem, then I looked in the trouble shooting section of the manual and it stated try turning off and on the T-Max manager, which we did then it worked fine and the time is sent back correctly. We had no problems for about a week then it started up again. Now we are having this same issues a few times per day if not more. We have to power off and then on the T-max and resend the time.

Is this a problem with my T-Max control or the board in the bed???? We replaced the T-max controller last year with new updated version, no problems until now.

Thanks

Hey - how are you?
I think - don't bank on it but I think you need a new timer board. We had issues of that nature before and I think we switched them out and everything went back to normal.

Did you call UB?

Board in the bed.

The manager is just a controller and if it were that, all of your timers would experience the problem.

Try pluging and unpluging the T-max phone cords several times on the UB unit to clean up the contacts, that might help.

Have you added anything new to the salon that causes interference?... i.e. neon, cordless phones, refrigerators.

Do you have any flickering florescent lighting in the ceiling or lamps in the beds?

Is there a HP lamp on the fritz?

All of these things can create transiesents the affect digital equipment.

P.S. T-Max does not make the timer board for that bed, it was made by Barclay utilizing t-max protocol to operate with t-max manager.
