Default Timers acting up

Today, I had just about every bed not start at least one time or another throughout the day. For some reason, it seems that you have to hit the start button on the timer for the bed to start. If you don't, it will start counting down the time, but the lamps won't come on until that start button is pushed.

This happened on some beds with 3-a's and some beds with built in timers(ETS)

Is there a parameter or something that may have accidentally got changed on our manager?

Check these values on your Manager. This is for Manager PRO, But I belive the same protocol has been used throughout on all of the T-Max Manager Series.

You can get the whole manual on-line at www.appdig.com

If the T-Max® Mgr/Pro is controlled by a computer, the Delay and Auto Start mode are controlled by the computer’s software - unless you set the Infinite Delay. If the T-Max® Mgr/Pro is set to Infinite Delay, the Delay time set in the T-Max® Mgr/Pro or the PC will be ignored.

Sounds like you're at Step 7, MGR START MODE of "0"

Software is supposed to take control of everything except 'Infinite Delay".

What was your previous system of operation ???

Auto-Start after Set Period Delay ???

Only count down AFTER client hits START ???

What Software ??? Any Changes made in the values there ???

Thanks Sparky,
I'll look into these first thing in the AM. The only thing I can think of is Friday I updated my software(TanTrack) when the new build came out. It has never changed the settings before, but it could be possible. I will check that out first.

Thanks for the help.
