a special thanks to the tmax guys...today we had a power outage...and everything shut down...moments later power came back on...but we lost half of our beds...(have 24) they would'nt communicate with the computor,,,my wife calls applied digital...kevin and bob...and immediately they helped us, re address the tmax 3a's...and got us back up and running in less than a half hour. i was so amazed and grateful to kevin and bob...where can you call and get service like that? and to top it off...no charge!!!!!!!!! try that with suntouch!!

this company is the GREATEST! nobody helps like this in such a jam in mid season!!!! thank you applied digital! we are with you for life!

everything was perfectly fine today. they fixed us up perfectly!!
applied digital is the best! they are really here for us...not just to fill their pockets with our monies....and leave us stranded when we need help. i'm still amazed at how quicky they fixed the problem, let alone that they were available right then and there. i think it was 3pm ish...right before a big rush of clients...it was the greatest feeling to get it resolved...and stay open...and still make money!!! only had to give away 3 tans...when it went down...

kevin. knock on wood, all is perfectly fine...
fix it once and away we go. now, if i had installed the in line ahhh...what part i bought long ago...would this of prevented this? think its a preventer of sort...can't even remember what its called. i still have it though. i best install it!!

Im very impressed with t-max,
Bob has always had a positive attitude and never talks "down" to you (try that with your software company).
