What type of bed is it?????
If it has a T-Max timer on the wall, that doesnt control the bed cool down time. It is controlled by the bed, either a fan delay inside the bed somewhere, or controlled by the bed powerboard.

It more than likely has a coold down fan timer relay mounted on top of one of the contactors. There is a dial on the top that you set the delay time with.
Call the manufacturer and see if they can help..

Tan Techs is correct. A T-Max 3A does not control cool down on the tanning bed. This would be a function of a timer relay in the tanning bed.
