Default T Max assistance

I had a car take out a power pole in front of my place yesterday. The power fluctuated and two of my beds (one was running, one was not) stopped communicating to my T Max. All the beds turned off when it fluctuated.

I have rebooted the T Max and the computer but it does not recognize the two rooms.

You can still operate the beds with the timer on the wall though. I suspect it is the communication chip and I've ordered more.

Could it be something else. I don't want to wait for the part and that end up not fixing it.

Does the T-Max Manager still see these rooms?

If yes, communications chips are probably not bad.

If no, try re-addressing the beds. They could have just lost their addresses.

No it does not recognize the beds at all. Can you go through the re- addressing procedure for me?
