Default TMax Not Showing Standup Unit Dirty

Once a session is done it goes right back to 0. I only have one stand-up booth and wasn't sure if maybe those were different to set-up than other units. I've only been opened two weeks and it's always been this way, but as I get busier I'll need to have it work correctly.

I'm using Helios and have that room set just as all the others in the salon.

Anyone had this happen? Any one have a fix?

Thanks!

Is it a standard 3A timer? If so, disconnect the power from the manager up front then disconnect and reconnect power to the booth 3A. Do not power up the manager at this time.

Press the up and start/stop buttons at the same time for about 6 seconds. the timer will display .1 (point one).

Release the buttons and then press the up button until the timer displays .9 (point nine).

press the start/stop button and the timer will display .0 (point zero) zero will be flashing and point will be solid (not blinking).

Press the up button once until the display shows .1 (point one) one will be flashing and point will be solid.

Press the start/stop button once and the display will return to .9 (point nine).

Press the up and down buttons at the same time and the timer will display 0 (zero) no point.

You have now enabled the clean room feature on that timer.

Now re apply power to the manager up front and it will rescan.

The timer should display two points after the session has expired. Use the up button to reset.

Like a dang charm I say! I will add one step to the above**. Otherwise we hav magic. Thanks Brian!

Disconnect the power from the manager up front then disconnect and reconnect power to the booth 3A. Do not power up the manager at this time.

**Reset the 3A (I had to turn off and back on the circuit breaker to that room)**

This was your particular method of disconnecting and reconnecting power for the in room timer. Good job.
