| My new CCS IV will not read the beds because I believe it is on 235 T but I need it to be on 235 I. (on start up you can see it) How do I go into the CCS IV manager and change over the language so it can see the beds? Thanks in advance. |

I have to get the CCS adnet 2000 software, which I did from Ergoline support so I can download back into the CCS IV the intellitan language. Ergoline support was surprised I noticed on boot up of the CCS IV the 232 / T instead of 232 /I . That is how I knew someone changed it. Here is where it gets interesting. I did have the T-max adnet 2000 on my computer, which I totally uninstalled (even though that should not matter) and downloaded the intellitan version right from Ergoline support computers. But when I install, I still get the old T-max version even though they are sure I am getting the right one. It is basically one file that makes it different so I can download from my PC to the CCS IV. The support guys at Ergoline are stumped. They think there may be something blocking me from changing it (so you can't take a Manager pro and turn it into a CCS IV, it's all their software anyway.) So now I am waiting for T-max to call me back to see why I can't get the software on my computer to even put on to the CCS IV. Yes, I could just change some chips on my T-3a sip timers and protocol 27 on the intellitan timers, but I have come too far to turn back now. |

For some reason, my office computer would not see COM port 1 or any other for that matter. So I put the program on another computer, hooked it up and it all worked instantly. Now it boots at 232/I, which is what I needed. Very strange to have that happen. Wasted all day because I assume my office computer’s ports were fine. So, simple to change it one way or another, depending on which language you want. I am an expert now on front desk managers. Yeesshh. |

It's not just plug and play. Once you detect it and it installs the drivers for it....you can unplug and replug as many times as you want....so long that it's in the same port....or you have to redetect it again. that may have been the problem for your computer not being able to see it. at least you found out the problem. __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. Very strange. |

Never problems with them and they don't come pre-loaded with tons of crap I don't want. It is a local company that built this particular computer, never again. My server for my network for my salons is a Dell I built online. Shipped fast, good price, fast a lightning for my network. |
