Default error message

My Rejuvasun 332 keeps getting "stuck" on 8.8. Has anyone ever heard of that? I have had 3 different parts changed on it and nothing has fixed it. I am brand new to the tanning world and know nothing about the bed. ETS has been somewhat helpful but they seem stumped also. They are finally sending someone tomorrow but the people on this site seem very knowledgable...I thought I'd give it a shot???

Sounds like it keeps losing the address. Change the timer board.

are you talking about the rejuvenation control out here on the wall? We have replaced the circuit board in the bed timer and some other board in the pull out tray. Sorry...I told you I'm brand new here.

Does the bed run fine in stand alone mode if it is disconnected from the timer system?

Apparently you have changed the boards I was talking about. See if you have a static problem or loose wiring in the bed. Check the grounds. You could have gotten another defective board too. That is not unlikely.

DO you have your manager connected to a computer or do you set the time from the manager or do you use a single timer plugged into the bed for remote setting of the time?

88 or 8.8 is part of the auto address feature of the T-Max. Somehow this data is being sent to the bed.

How do you set the time to the bed?

I send time to the bed from the Rejuvenation Control out here on the wall, which by the way, they tell me I have the first one sold. It is made specifically for the Rejuvasun. It doesn't even have an owners manual yet. But no, if the bed is froze on 8.8., it won't run in stand alone mode. That is with just the "pigtail" thing in, right? I am so frustrated b/c I have done all this testing and troubleshooting myself over the phone with them and I know absolutely nothing about tanning beds. They are finally sending someone today. Do you think it's possible an electrical thing in there is getting hot and causing the bed to stop running? I know it shouldnt'...they are designed to run all day and it's plenty cool in that room. But that's what it acts like...after a session runs, the timer out here says dirty bed and when I go in the bed still has time left on it...2, 3 sometimes 5 minutes. I can't press any of the red/green buttons...nothing works, so then I unplug that cord that looks like a phone line in the canopy (which has been replaced) and plug it back in and then the bed goes to 8.8 and stays there for like an hour. Then after a while it resets to dirty bed. They tell me I'm crazy that it resets itself but I left it stuck on 8.8 after I talked to you last night and I just got here this am and it's on dirty bed. And I am confident I could run a session thru it right now and then be back at square one.
