| Occasionally after we put someone in the tanning room, the 3a shows "0" but the pc shows them in that room. Of course the bed won't come on. We turn them off in the pc and put them back in...it usually works. What do we need to do? Re-address each room? |

| Super Star | That happens to mine sometimes! I usually have to cancel the bed and re put them in the room and it works...not sure why or how to fix it though...sorry I always figured it was just a glitch in the system since it does not happen too often. |

I assume its correctable, not a glitch. |

| All Star | I've seen that happen in salontouch/suntouch when the timer values need to be adjusted in the setup section. IF you are using suntouch/salontouch....i'd call them and ask them to step you through configuring your timer values. Just FYI....its under SETUP - and either ROOMS or STATIONS- Look for TIMER or ADVANCED....depending on what software you r running. Good Luck |

| All Star | if u dont want to call suntouch...go to setup ....stations....click on the top right tab...it will say SOMETHING about timers...... then click on advanced....on the left you will see all the timer settings. click on reset to default values. That should work smoothly for u |

I looked at it today...what a mess and scarey for sure. I think i know what you mean...as there was a "default values" on the left side, along with quick test and extensive test. So, you say i just click on "default values" will i have to do anthing with "clear and redraw screen" at the bottom of the page? Or anything with "clear bed activity database" ? I you give me a few more details? I just don't want to click the "default values" and have the bed set up get all screwed up. its happened to me before. Kind of a catch 22 for me. Pay the $125 to suntouch and go a little less worry free, of gamble, but get the set all screwed up. How confident are you? But, truly, thank you very much already for your help. Very much appreciated. | |

Also make sure that the timer address ( second column after room name) is the same all the way through for all the rooms. I've had the same problem because they weren't addressed right. |
