urgent! no signal to mystic...lite not coming on inside booth.

when we send client from pc to mystic booth. green lite inside does'nt come on. signal not reaching booth. do i just need to re-address unit? i can get the book out for that if so. any idea's???

Was it working before and just stopped? Mine does that when it wants to be washed. (like if someone forgets to run the wash cycle). Have you tried washing it and seeing if it works?

nope, thats not it...we even hit the wash cylce again just to see...still no signal going to the unit...no green lite.

and yes, its been working fine. maybe there was a power interuption and it just needs to be readdressed?

Check the air pressure gauge and verify that the compressor is turned on.

Can you see the timer that came with the mystic(the 3a looking timer with the mystic logo on it)? If so, does it have power to it? What does it say? It should have a 0 with NO decimal points

doing that now...60 pounds on the water pressure gauge inside the unit where the juice jug is...i did'nt look at the compressor. i have it covered with a box w/ vents on it all insulated to cut down on the noise...but it is plugged in. ???

it does show zero and the decimal point is'nt lit up.

hmmm, so it is getting power to the timer. What happens when you send a session to the timer, can you see anything other than that zero? It should stay at zero and the decimal will be flashing when time is sent.

Is this happening?

nothing...decimals not lit...just shows the red "0"

Ok, that sounds like your problem. Try to re-address the timer in the mystic itself. It may have lost its addy.

we had a breaker go out in the salon earlier this am...but it was a bank in an area not related i think? and does'nt the timer pull off the main 110 volt plug in for the compressor anyhow? i forget if i have the 3a plugged in somewhere else? i'm still thinking of readdressing it will solve it?

try the re address..I think that will do the trick b/c if you aren't getting a blinking decimal on it once the time is sent to it, that means it didn't receive the signal.

put someone in...now it does show decimal blinking...the decimal point to the right side of the zero...

It sounds like to me somehow the mystic timer was not getting signal from your manager.

Could have been a blip, loose connection, etc.

Just run with it and see if it happens again.
