|  new computer have a t-max manager pro we got a new computer. only has usb. do we need to add a card? we use salon touch... please explain complete reconnect procedures. thanks... |

If your new computer only has a USB port and no serial ports, you will need to get a USB to SERIAL adapter. Depending on how old you manager is, there probably should have been one with it when you purchased it. If not, you should be able to purchase one from Heartland Tan, Four Seasons or Applied Digital.
