Default Tmax Manager Pro and Suntouch HELP PLEASE!

Okay, so I've never had a problem with Tmax and I've been in business 2 years....tonight I went to the salon to do some things and I noticed on the tmax timer that one of the beds was red....so I thought mmmm my girl must have forgot to click the cell before logging out of suntouch....so I logged on to sun touch and the cell was clear...the next thing I did was walk to that room and I noticed the timer in the room had dashes so I held the up arrow button to reset the timer. I walked back to the computer and went to put Joe Nonmember in the bed and it shows delay on suntouch but nothing on the timer.....tried it with every bed and nothing works....my girl that worked today said everything was fine that she had no problems....what can this be?? At one point after I reset defaults on the advanced settings in Suntouch I tried to set timers in every bed and only 3 worked out of 6....went back and stopped them all and tried it again and nothing worked again...I don't know what to do....do I need a new tmax manager or is it a Suntouch problem or both....please help!!! I even tried to set the beds manually through TMax and it wouldn't work....tomorrow is New Year's eve and I certainly don't want to close...any advise would be appreciated!!!

Can you go thru my threads? I have a few similar to this that may help if no one else responds. There's something else you must do after you've reset fields in suntouch..."redraw screen" might be one...i think if you can go back through my old threads you will find some answers to help you. If not, try "search threads" for suntouch...
good luck.

Did you do "clear reset" after you were in advanced settings? Just go search suntouch and you will find a few of my old posts that should help you. I think its all in suntouch...

I had this happed once also. It was from when one of the girls accidently unplugged a tmax timer in the room and then replugged it in. I just turned off the tmax and restarted it. I had to reprogram a couple of the tmax timers also.

That sounds possible eyecandy. Now he can ask his employee if this possibly happened? I think it has to do with what the employee was doing last.

Does the T-Max Manager see your rooms? If yes, did you try re-booting the computer completely?

If the T-Max Manager does not see your rooms, you may have to re-address them.

If the T-Max Manager does see your rooms but rebooting does not fix the problem of Suntouch not communicating, then it may be necessary to run ADNET (the program that came with the T-Max Manager) to see if it can communicate with the T-Max Manager to isolate weather it is a software (Suntouch) or Hardware (Manager or Serial port on the computer) issue.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TRIED TO HELP....I TRIED EVERYTHING AND IT DIDN'T WORK SO I HAD TO CALL SUNTOUCH.....which by my surprise didn't charge me this time....apparently where I used to have a bed (which has been gone for a while now) and is now my airbrush room, in the timer settings it was set to NA for both colums where it shouldn't. I asked the rep at Suntouch how does this happen and she said sometimes it happens and that it's a glitch....thank god it's working now after all of the hours trying to figure it out it was something so simple and stupid.

AGAIN THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TRIED TO HELP!
