| We have had our Versa Spa installed into the same room as our old spray booth. We are now getting the "Warning, time not sent properly" yet the time does set the Spray Booth but does not take off the clients Credits or Points from the Clients account. We use Helios. This does not happen with every spray tan, only a few ever couple of days sometimes more. Even with a cash payment it has done the same thing yet not rung up the sale. Now this also happend with the old Spray Booth. Both had a 3-A timer but a new 3-A was added with the new Versa Spa. I have not had a problem like this with any tanning bed rooms. It could be a Helios Problem, not sure. Any ideas? It could be costing me money. Thanks |

I will summarize what to do, but im writing this out of memory so double check with them. Not all of the tech support guys seem to know this, but if you bring up what im putting down it should refresh their memory. Not sure why some salons need to change this. I have only had one of my stores that I have had to change from the default setting. Go to Start, Run, regedit Open up your helios folder Open up your helios 11 folder Open up the utility folder On the right hand side you will see Tmax delay Change the tmax delay to .5 (if you already have .5 change it to .1) close out of there. That should fix the problem. As mentioned, I put that down by memory, so double check with helios. |

T-MAX Manager, Helios, and Versaspa Don't know if they found a fix or not but if anyone else has an update please post. Thanks |

I went around between tmax and helios as well quite a while back, but finally someone knew this as being the solution. that person is the last post suggested removing the tmax delay completely. That is incorrect and unneccessary. Move it to the .5 first, and if that doesnt fix it move it to .1 this has nothing to do with versaspa as well. The problem is that simple setting and would need to be done regardless of what spray tan unit that used seconds to trigger its different functions |

| What, me worry? Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Mad Magazine Posts: 202 | Thanks for the info. After checking both computers one had it set at .5 the main computer 1.0 I have changed it to .5 and is seems to be working now. The main computer was the one causing the problem so it looks like a good fix. Thanks for the update! |
