So all of a sudden my tmax timer doesn't recognize the computer, or the compputer doesn't recognize the timer. I can't start the beds through the computer any more, I h ave to start them through the tmax. This happened all of a sudden, we didn't change anything, one person it started the bed, the next person it didn't.

It does this every once in awhile but usually I can fix it. But not today. Any suggestions on why it does this and what I can do to fix it? I hate that the beds can be started without my knowledge.
