I have a Sunvision Elite 32/3 that the canopy will not stay up. I have had 3 shipments of replacement shocks through CTS and still the canopy will not stay up. The first 2 shipments where 1650's and didn't work to keep it up. Then they sent me one 1750 for the head of the bed only and this didn't work. I have asked them to send another 1750 for the end of the bed and they said the canopy will not come down at all with 2 1750's. Does anyone know what is the problem here? Thanks.

I usually ask what #'s are on the original piston. You might want to check that. Some of the ETS 32/3's used 1850's. Maybe that is the problem.

I've had to replace all the pistons on my beds within this last year. I shopped around for best price. When it came to ordering them, I just gave them the # that is on the original piston. Have not had a problem with them.
