| I have 2 of them. I re-lamped both of them at same time, they both have similar hours on them from brand new. On one of them (Room 4), people's backs are frying...coming out beat red and they show me, looks like they are severely burnt. The other one (Room3) is fine. Doesn't do it. Lamps in the bench are LSI Signature Series HP in both of them. They have about 78-80hours on the lamps. Funny thing is, i had advantage in the bench before in both, before i relamped to the Sig HP. When i had the advantage in them, Room 3 had the burning the back issue. Again, both had the same lamps, same hours on the bed, same hours on the lamps. Both beds came brand new to my salon, installed same time. (3 years ago) What would cause this? Its as if the bench is being overdriven. I like it....can we do it to the top? Or at least even it out....i don't care if it's bringing the bench down or raising the top up in power. Just want it to be even. Anyone know what could be causing this? Customers are coming out and i see a big patch on their back going down to their legs and on their arms, beat red like a Tomato. And they tell me they feel it, in pain like a sunburn. Can't be pressure points on every single customer...including all my regulars. Meter readings on 5.0 and 7.0 are the same on both....i'm stumped. It's a 46lamp 160W top and bottom. with shoulder tanners and 4 facials. ANYONE have any edumakated suggestions?

All year round tanners. They are coming out and telling me the same thing. Every person that goes in there comes out and tells me the same thing. Only in that 1 bed. They lift their shirt and show me their back, their arms, their legs. I have people that do 8min and get the same thing. It's not a heat issue, it has a built in a/c, dual acrylics, you don't even break a sweat in that bed its so well ventilated. I tanned in it and it did the same to me. What can it be? 5.0 meters 40 7.0 meters 18 Bench has LSI sig series HP and canopy has Sig Series HP with Advantage XPT-R alternating every other one for more kick on the top. I put milder lamps in the bottom cuz it's closer to them and it still happens. I used to have advantage on the bench.... __________________ ![]() www.ChronosMarketing.com ____________________________________________ The problem nowadays is stupidity. I could see if you had the Philips in the bench and peoples backs were getting cooked. Makes no sense. Have you checked the voltage? |
