Getting the error message " FLt-2"

It's a filter problem message and I checked all the filters and no problems with them. I had this problem with a L-33 a long time ago and was able to work out the problem.
I know the problem was fixed with the dip switch (6-switches) but do not remember what to do. Looking for a tech. that knows this stand-up and can do a over the phone service call...

Sometimes the safety feature on the glass will get a hairline crack in it. Hard to see, but as the unit heats up the glass will expand slightly & cause the safety line to separate.
