Ultrasun turbo 25000s problem - TanToday

I need help with this issue. We had this bed for two years with no problem. Recently it has been giving us problems. When the bed turns on only two of the three facials have been turning on. The rest of the bed doesnt turn on. We talked to Ultrasun and the recommended to change the timer relay and we did it but we are still having same problems. So if you have any experience with working on beds and this specific issue please help us.
Brian Oshman if you could give us some feedback based on your experience it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the bulb? How about the ignitor?

I think he's saying that only 2 lamps light at all. The whole rest of the bed doesn't.

Bulb and ignitor are fine.

Check the contactor. May not be fully engaging. Very common on Ultrasun beds.

It is either one of the contactors or you lost a phase of power coming in to the bed.

Thank god I'm not the only one. I have had the exact same issue, and it's none of the above replies. I am down to replacing the main board. I hate that bed.
I have replaced all contactors, timers, etc. because it will do it at random times and some times tan a whole session with no isssues, just when I think I have it fixed a few minutes into the session all lights except those facials shut off for the remaining time then goes into normal cool down.

wiring going into the contactors, wiring at the 'ten pin' connectors passing the wiring to the canopy, are just a few things to look for.

not sure if these are built the same as newer models of Ultrasun, I've got 1999-2001 models

If you have not figured it out call Jim Peek at Tanning Supplies Unlimited. He used to own Ultrasun in IN. He is the best tech support you will ever find. 877-307-8434. I call him every time I can't figure one out

The 25,000 is the newest model of type unit from Ultrasun.

That I know John, haven't looked under the hood to see the setup on them.

The 10 pin connectors were atrocious on the older beds, burnt up all the time. The contactors we not that more reliable, either.
