Good idea. Although I know it would not solve this issue, I dont think the output is the "concern".

Shows how little you know. John and URI move A LOT of lamps. I am pretty sure they are or were the #1 distributor in the US for Heraeus. You dont get that position by moving small "old" lamps around.

If you have such a problem with the facials, return them.

Maybe the box was manufactured in 2004, not the facial.
