Anyone know of these and roughly how much they cost? Have a salon trying to sell me some cases since they have closed. Said they used them in Ergo 250s. Would they be good for my 15 min Sundash 332?

I've got them in my Ambitions and they give an awesome tan. My customers (what few I have), want to go in the Ambitions before anything else. Don't know what they cost. I'll take em' if you don't want them.

yes, those are standard 2.6% reflector.
Not really used in the Sundash 332's, they usually use a non reflector higher UVB lamp. Can't beat that price if they are new!

They use the same lamp in each unit (just different etch on it)
The 20 min version is usually a 100W & the 15 min is usually 120W. They did the same thing with Choke ballast on the ambition & soltron models.

Just found out something else. the 20 min has a different facial glass than the 15 min. So I may nee to get the 15 min glass for the 3 20 min beds I am going to be running at 15. I was originally tole they were the same. I hate it hoe i get so many conflicting answers. Where is Brian when I need him?

Ok, for anyone that is following me talking ot myself, I just talke to a tech at JK for 20 min and here is the absolute results.
The 20 and 15 min beds are identical. Same facial glass, same electronic ballasts. I still couldn't confirm if it is 100 or 120w ballast, don't care anymore(unless you know!). Interesting to me that they have the same facial. The 20 min session would be getting much more exposure. |
