Dear MRI Supporters:


We obviously are very happy that there is so much early excitement surrounding "The Summit"!

It is going to take a little bit of time to work out many of the details with the property, the over flow hotels, etc. We are anticipating 200 to 300 people will attend all or part of this event.

Regarding Golf, Pool Party, etc. - again it will take some time to iron who which firms would like to sponsor what activity. To date, we have not had formal discussions with the Manufacturing Companies to see if they do want to sponsor Golf. We will be able to secure a preferential rate with the property if no sponsor jumps in.

Yesterday, Smart Tan committed to their Vitamin D Presentation as one of our featured speakers. For those of you who have not seen Matt Russell's presentation I can assure you it is well worth your time to sit in. I have seen his presentation and he provides very interesting insights as to how he sees our Industries future.

The ITA will also be represented, not exactly sure who will attend. As you know, MRI and I are very big believers in the ITA and their work. There are so many state issues they are dealing with, I think an update from them as to what they are working on and how we call can help will be very informative.

Crystal Coolers has committed to attend as well to help you with your Cooler needs as you begin to build your Beverage Sales Program with H 10 O Vitamin Infused Waters.

Several International Dealers have already committed to attend the event, we expect to have Dealers from: Germany, Italy, Mexico, Czech Republic, Canada (yes Din Canada), the UK, Belgium, Holland and Austria.

Vendor Support - I expect to hear from most of them in the next week or so, so far, they are very excited to have the opportunity to work with you in the private "Coffee With" sessions. More on this over the next few weeks.

Registration will take place in early October. If you know you are coming for sure, you can send me an email at mrr1769@aol.com.

The Host Hotel is almost sold out and we expect the overflow hotels to have strong demand as well.

Plant Tour - a tour will be scheduled into our very full already agenda.

The Pool Party is being planned - hope you like H 10 O Berry Sport Cosmos - try one - they are very good.


Lastly, we do appreciate the interest and support that we have received from so many of you. The "Summit" as we are calling it, should be an excellent chance for all of us to meet, learn and develop life long friendships in a great setting!

is this not the same weekend that Ergoline is having their show in Orlando? If it is, why not do them together? Folks can't be in two places at once, especially when they are several hours apart.

To date, the following MR Vendors have committed to attend the Summit Meeting:

JK North America, PC Marketing, ISO/Italia, Ultraviolet Resources (Light Sources and Hereaus), Supra Lamps, Interlectric, Mystic Tan (the newly merged Company), H 10 O Beverages, LLC., Smart Tan/Vitamin D Foundations, SSC Apparel, Crystal Coolers, Michael O'Reilly and Associates Marketing Group, Sun Products from Mexico, Wendy Whitman (Consulting and Training Services).

We expect participation from: the Indoor Tanning Association (ITA), TFBN (Tan Friendly Broadcast Network), Sun Lync, Video Buyers Group, UV Marketing Group and others.

We are very excited about the level of support we have received so far and expect more possible Vendors to come forward over the next few weeks and months.
