We are pleased to announce our first ever MR International, LLC. "The Tanning Summit" to be held November Thursday, November 5, 2009 through Saturday, November 7, 2009.

The Details are as follows:

Location: Tampa, Florida

Event Agenda and Program Details:

It is our goal to create the first ever "Tanning Summit" designed for Salon Owners to come together to learn, grow and create long lasting friendships within our great Industry.

H 10 O Beverage will be sponsoring a Pool Party Get Together. We will have other events posted as we get closer.

08:45 am - 12:15 pm Smart Tan will offer a "Train the Trainer Program for Key Employees to become Certified Smart Tan Trainers"

Owners will attend "Coffee With" Sessions with our Vendor Partners (attendees include: JK North America, PC Marketing,
ISO/Italia, URI, Interlectric, H 10 O Beverage, LLC., Michael O'Reilly and Associates, Supra Lamps, Mystic Tan, TFBN Network,
and others to be announced over the next few months.

Who should attend?

Owners, Key Executives and your Key Trainer(s), Managers from your firm. We also welcome families to attend as Disney World and Orlando are only an hour and a half away. We will arrange to have a Baby Sitting Service available to you while you are in the General Sessions.

Hotels:

The Host Hotel is: Emerald Greens Golf Resort &Country Club, we have a MRI Group Rate of $175.00 + tax for a two bed room villa. They have limited suites av

Additional Hotels:

We have also contracted with two additional properties, the Residence Inn by Marriott and the Courtyard Marriott Two bed room suites are available at $144.48 all inclusive. They can be reached at 813 818-9400 and their web site is Residence Inn Tampa Oldsmar: Spacious suites and amenities for longer stays. They are approximately 15 minutes from the Emerald Greens Resort and are excellent properties as well.

We may contract with additional hotels as needs arise. There are many beautiful properties within a 15 minute drive from Emerald Greens.

Additional Information about the Meeting Sessions:

MR International, LLC. plans to launch it's 2009/2010 Collection of Products during the Friday morning session. This should take approximately one hour and fifteen minutes.

H 10 O Beverage, LLC. plans to update you on the H 10 O Beverage, LLC. business and also introduce a Salon Cooler Support Program for our Members and Retailers.

Smart Tan/Vitamin D Foundation - Matt Russell has a very interesting program that he presents regarding Vitamin D and his firm's perspective on the future of our Industry. This is a great opportunity for you to partner with this Industry Leading firm.

The ITA (Indoor Tanning Association) will update you on their work and give each of you a chance to talk through the issues and challenges we face in the Legislative marketplace.

The Recreational afternoon is really your chance to get to know other MR Members and Suppliers in a relaxed/friendly environment. Weather permitting - H 10 O Beverage, LLC. will be sponsoring a "Pool Party Afternoon" with Berry Sport Cosmos for everyone. Families (kid's) are welcome to hang out at the pool. We will organize some activities for the kids.

Private Dinner Party - hosted by Santo and Donna Carollo, Owners of OL Labs (our key supplier). A private party will be hosted at their residence that evening. I promise that you will not want to miss this party, they are great hosts and their home is beautiful.

Smart Tan "Train the Trainer" - this is a program designed in collaboration with Smart Tan/MR International, LLC. that will allow your Employee/Associates to be Smart Tan Certified as "Trainers". They will be able to then Train and Certify all new Employees and re certify your Employees on a very cost competitive basis. This session will be conducted by Smart Tan Network and hosted by Wendy Whitman. The cost for this Certification Program is $495.00 per person attending.

The "Coffee With" Sessions will be conducted Saturday morning and will give Suppliers/Owners an opportunity to conduct Private Meetings in the Suppliers Rooms to discuss mutual business opportunities. The Sessions will last 15 minutes and you will have a 5 minute break between sessions. Owners you will have a chance to see 15 of the Industries top suppliers in less than four hours. I think this is going to be one of the highlights of the Meeting.

I don`t know anything about registering for the summit but I will find out and let you know. It might be a good idea to book your room now if you want to stay on site. You can always cancel if you decide not to attend.

But how does MRI know how many people are coming? Just wanted to know if you have to pre-register with MRI for the conference summit or just show up and say Hi, I'm here.

There will be a registration protacol (will publish one things are truly finalized).

There will be an OL Tour, working out details with them.

John Hayes is right, you will be responsible for your Hotel, Tax and Room Charges and Incidentals.

The Opening Night Reception, General Sessions, Pool Party and Private Party will be paid for by our Sponsors (MR International, LLC., MR International's Board of Adviors, H 10 O Beverage, LLC. and OL Labs). Obviously any support you can give these firms helps offset the cost of the Summit.

We anticipate having buses to take people from the primary hotel to Santo Carollo's home and return. Schedules to be published at a later date.

Only restriction, you must be an MRI Supporter and Client of record.

There will be much more news as the details are finalized.

Will do! I'm excited too - I missed Nashville last year, so I was contemplating going there this year, but nothing will be better than Florida in November with MRI!!

I can't wait to meet everyone - and see Dean in his peach shirt

My peach shirt is long sleeves and seeing that it will be warm in Tampa, i may not bring it.

To replace it, i do have a short sleeve "Salmon" coloured shirt i can bring.
