50 posts is not "unreal". I belong to a forum where you need 6 months as a member and 500 posts in order to get into the private section. We want people who are going to post and not just sit on the sidelines. So step up and start posting so we can get to know you.

Actually, they can share tans here.... (not memberships)
And, If someone is in this business but does not want to make their opinion known frequently..... then why not grant access. I understand the "entire profile filled out" but the posts thing should be abolished.

So, do you want someone to make 50 smart a$$ posts just so they can get access??? I would like access too.... but how many posts do I have? (I actually don't even know....maybe this one makes 50???)

As far as the report goes if you were emailed and questioned for the actual report I would think they would at least email you the final report. If it was just an email blast to all members then start posting for the access.

My ultimate "point" is that this is a forum designed to benefit tanning salon owners... The advertisers on this site couldn't care less if their potential customer has 1 or 1 million posts... they just want their product exposed. So, in an attempt to retain interested members, I would think allowing access would be paramount. Understandably, measures should be taken to qualify members for industry sensitive materiel, but the amount of actual posts shouldn't be one. (IMO)

That is correct..... but fortunately, we have a plethora of people that like to add their 2 cents on a frequent basis..... and for that, I thank you!

But, if you force posts, then you get people doing what I did..... which adds nothing.

The purpose of a posting minimum was stated earlier. To get people involved in this community, rather than just ranting stupid postings to get minimum req'd #'s.

This is a private message board that allows the privilege, not the right, join in conversations with others in our industry.

Rather than piss and moan about it, how about joining in a contributing rather than just another 10 or so useless postings!
